In Novigrad, we have designed and furnished this modern duplex for a family who does not reside in Istria but intends to use the property for leisure during their free time. The clients emphasized the importance of a high-quality kitchen and sufficient storage space, while maintaining a balanced budget and compromising on other elements. Certain features, such as flooring and the staircase, were already determined, so our task was to create a compatible theme that would please the owners. Witnessing their sincere happiness and excitement after being away from the property for several months is what motivates us and fuels us for new challenges.<\/p>\n
