The villa project in Rogoznica was developed from the roh-bau<\/em> phase, with a clear objective to shape a contemporary, architecturally refined, and functionally well-considered space that meets the high standards of modern living and leisure, while maintaining a strong connection to the Dalmatian context. Through a comprehensive concept and detailed design of both interior and exterior, the villa was crafted with a clear identity, where the premium impression is not based on superficial effect, but on precision, materiality, and the long-term quality of the space.<\/p>\n

A particular value of the project lies in the carefully balanced relationship between authenticity and contemporaneity. The fa\u00e7ade, clad in Bra\u010d stone, preserves a connection to the local environment and traditional building heritage, while the interior and exterior express a modern and refined aesthetic through darker tones, natural textures, bespoke design elements, and meticulously executed details. Wood appears as a key atmospheric element, introducing warmth, depth, and character throughout nearly every segment of the space.<\/p>\n
