We present the interior of a newly built home that exudes refinement, balance, and luxury in every detail. The project encompasses the first and recessed floors of a family house, designed for a contemporary lifestyle where aesthetics and function coexist in perfect harmony.<\/p>\n

From the very entrance, the space welcomes you with warm wooden cladding, integrated solutions, and precisely designed lighting that accentuates the architectural geometry. The open living area seamlessly connects the kitchen, dining room, and lounge into a fluid and elegant whole \u2013 a composition of premium materials, monolithic stone, matte white surfaces, and carefully selected furniture pieces.<\/p>\n

Special attention has been given to details: floating elements, ambient LED lighting, sophisticated metal accents, and carefully curated materials create an atmosphere of contemporary luxury that doesn\u2019t seek to dominate \u2013 but to breathe with the space.<\/p>\n

The recessed floor becomes an intimate retreat \u2013 a private sleeping area with en-suite bathrooms, designed to the same high standard. Panels of light wood, minimalist compositions, glass partitions, and thoughtful details such as reflective fronts and precisely tuned work nooks form a space for peace, focus, and comfort.<\/p>\n
