The interior design of the house in Tinjan is characterized by a high level of thoughtfulness and executional precision. Through a sophisticated palette of materials, ambient lighting, and integrated furnishings, a space of subtle luxury and quiet elegance has been created. The lavish walk-in wardrobe and the bedroom with three-dimensional wooden panels stand out in particular, adding depth and character to the space. Every element has been carefully selected to contribute to a harmonious whole and a sense of refined living.
The complete renovation of the house in Veliki Dol blends classic elegance with contemporary design. Dark accents, golden details, and natural materials create a sense of refined luxury. Open spaces are connected by soft lines and arches, with an emphasis on functionality and comfort. The project brings harmony between aesthetics and everyday living in an uncompromisingly designed interior.

The space is shaped by a carefully balanced relationship between old and new, emphasizing openness, natural materials, and a clearly defined spatial logic. We began the design of the villa in Rogoznica during the shell construction phase, guided by a clear vision – to create a contemporary, architecturally refined, and functionally flawless space that respects the Dalmatian context. The façade clad in Brač stone preserves authenticity and a strong connection to the local setting, while the interior and exterior introduce a modern, premium expression through carefully selected materials, precise detailing, and bespoke design solutions. The result is a harmonious blend of tradition and contemporary design, shaped with a focus on quality, durability, and a refined living atmosphere.
We have created an interior design and exterior landscaping project for a modern residential building with four apartments intended for sale in Rovinj, creating high-quality, attractive, and modern spaces tailored to contemporary living. We present to you the visualizations of the exterior, as well as the apartment on the upper floor and the penthouse, designed in different styles. The penthouse is intended for occasional use by the owner and is specially designed according to their preferences.
Next to the widely renowned gastronomic institution, Morgan restaurant in Bracanija (Brtonigla), owned by the same Morgan family, a large old stone house stood on an impressive hillside location overlooking the surrounding vineyards all the way to the sea, ready for complete reconstruction. Today, it’s a fairytale boutique hotel with interior and exterior design that we proudly sign.
