For a newly built residential building with four apartments in Rovinj, we developed a comprehensive interior and exterior design concept, with the aim of shaping a contemporary residential project that combines the Mediterranean character of the location, a high level of aesthetics, and strong market appeal. The project is conceived for buyers who value clarity in design, quality in execution, and a sense of long-term spatial value.

The architectural expression of the building is based on clean lines, balanced proportions, and a restrained material palette, with particular attention given to outdoor areas and the building’s evening ambiance. The penthouse rooftop terrace further emphasizes the project’s exclusivity and the quality of outdoor living.

The interiors are designed in a calm, elegant, and timeless manner, featuring warm wood tones, carefully selected stone and ceramic surfaces, and integrated lighting that highlights spatial logic and atmosphere.
