Creative Tourism Industry Studio provides interior design services and landscasping throughout Croatia. The service packages that we can offer you for your project are listed below.

CONCEPTUAL INTERIOR DESIGN PROJECT

PART 1

2 to 3 variants of conceptual floor plans with furniture layout (with precise dimensions of furniture and carpentry elements)
Development of specific spatial areas. This includes several characteristic views (e.g., kitchen, bedroom, living room, bathroom, etc.), meaning several possible conceptual carpentry or finished solutions (for cabinets, solutions above and beside the bed, kitchen elements, shelves, TV units, etc.), so that the client gains a better insight into floor plan solutions since the views also provide dimensions of the height, width, and length of elements
Creation of a mood board with images for each room. These photos serve as an indicator of whether we are proceeding in the right direction in terms of aesthetics and style preferred by the client

PART 2

Detailed development of the chosen conceptual solution
Schemes for demolition and construction of new walls
The chosen floor plan solution is elaborated in a 3D model for the client to have a realistic impression of the space. Each room is elaborated separately and in detail, and 3D visualizations (renders) of each room are created from various angles
Depending on the room’s function, carpentry and technical solutions are developed (in the form of photos, the client’s 3D model, and descriptions, along with material choices and function descriptions)
Selection of flooring and wall coverings for each room, along with color choices
Selection of furniture, equipment, sanitaryware, lighting, and decorations
Furnishing cost estimate with a list of suppliers according to the project (contact database of furniture and equipment, catalogs or tables, contact addresses, web addresses)
Conceptual design of positions of main lighting fixtures in each room, list of electronic devices, and positions of plumbing (this is not an electrical and plumbing installation project, but it can certainly be developed in the implementation phase)
Consultation and support for the investor in all project phases, individual approach emphasizing quality, and continuous search for a balance between project attractiveness requirements and defined investment amount, aiming for optimal solutions

IMPLEMENTATION INTERIOR DESIGN PROJECT

Schemes for positioning and laying of flooring and wall coverings
Drawings of carpentry and other necessary works (except installation projects carried out by civil, electrical, mechanical engineers, licensed architects, etc., which are contracted and billed separately). The CTI team consists of interior designers, civil engineers, licensed architects, and licensed structural engineers
Creation of detailed workshop drawings for the production of individual custom-made furniture pieces
Obtaining two quotations and their detailed elaboration according to the project solution, along with alignment with the investor for the execution of custom-made carpentry works (by our reputable collaborators)
For selected furniture, equipment, sanitaryware, lighting, and decorations, quotes are collected and forwarded, payment is managed, and delivery and assembly are arranged
Regular consultations with the designer via phone – direct consultation to resolve doubts and issues during the implementation phase at the location through calls and video calls
Site visits for resolving ongoing project implementation issues (the number of visits is arranged separately depending on the needs of the project)
Professional photography of the interior (arranged separately depending on the needs of the project)

PROJECT MONITORING AND CONSULTATION (IMPLEMENTATION SUPERVISION)

Supervision and coordination of works within the interior once they commence
Suggesting work contractors
Consultation in the selection of materials and services
Alignment and control of contractors, defining priorities and chronological work schedules
Monitoring the budget or planned expenditure
Regular updates to the investor about the implementation phases

LANDSCAPING

Defining the spatial plan solution based on functional and visual units
Development of specific functional units outlined in the project (summer kitchen, garden, lounge, entertainment and sports facilities, pools, saunas, hydro-massage solutions, etc.)
Creation of a mood board with images
Creation of 3D visualizations (renders) of the building and complete surroundings from various angles
Selection of coverings for paths, pool, and beach, along with façade color selection
Spatial arrangement of plants (planting plan) with specification and quantity of plants by species and varieties suitable for the climate and design
Conceptual design of outdoor lighting
Professional photography of the exterior (arranged separately depending on the needs of the project)

Note: Contracting the landscaping service is possible only in combination with one of the interior design packages (conceptual interior design project or conceptual project + implementation project).

CREATION OF ARCHITECTURAL CONCEPTUAL SOLUTIONS WITH FLOOR PLANS (PRE-ARCHITECT AND CONSTRUCTION PERMIT DOCUMENTATION PHASE):

Defining the task, analysis, and functions of the building
Creation of 2-3 variants of floor plans for basic spatial and design solutions with furniture layout and necessary equipment
Positioning the building on the plot
Creation of a minimum of 5 photorealistic 3D visualizations (renders) of the building’s exterior appearance and basic surroundings
Alignment of solutions with the investor according to needs and preferences (online or at our office)
The CTI team includes interior designers, civil engineers, licensed architects, and licensed structural engineers, so that in the initial stage of conceptual solution development, we align and check mutual requirements
