Villa in Tinjan
Bašići (Tinjan)
The design of the villa in Tinjan is characterized by clean lines, contemporary elegance, and a strong sense of balance between indoor and outdoor spaces.
The architectural form and material palette reflect the spirit of modern Mediterranean luxury — a blend of white surfaces, natural wood, and metal details creates a clear and calm context that seamlessly transitions from exterior to interior.
The outdoor areas are conceived as an extension of the indoor living space:
A covered terrace with a lounge zone, minimalist pool, hydromassage tub (jacuzzi), and outdoor kitchen with a grill offer various settings for relaxation and socializing throughout the day. Accent lighting in the flooring, pergolas, and wall niches adds warmth and coziness to the space, especially in the evening.
The interior features a diverse yet carefully harmonized palette of tones — ranging from light beige and sandy hues to deeper, more saturated shades of green, blue, and earthy brown. This chromatic variety reflects the owners’ wish for each room to express its own character, resulting in an interior that is both dynamic and cohesive. The living room connects to the outdoors through large glass walls, and a central fireplace is positioned as a contemporary sculpture that defines the space and adds a sense of warmth.
The bedrooms vary in style — from more graphically minimalist designs to richer compositions with textured walls and accent lighting, always with an emphasis on comfort and tactility. The bathrooms are designed in a tone of sophisticated simplicity, with details in black, bronze, and gold that lend a sense of luxury without pretension.
The villa project in Tinjan unites a contemporary functional approach with atmospheric aesthetics, creating a home that equally encourages peace, privacy, and social interaction — both indoors and outdoors.

The Creative Tourism Industry studio has built a reputation for designing subtle and elegant interiors, infused with passion, creativity, and intelligent solutions.
Relationship with Clients
Our investors are our partners and allies, and their satisfaction is the sole measure of the quality of our work. That’s why our approach is entirely individualized — instead of pursuing volume, we choose quality, approaching design with both style and passion.

``When I design, I don’t look with just my eyes, but with my heart. I seek out things the client will connect with. How else could one design someone’s home?``
``Our approach to any residential design project — whether it’s a house, an apartment, or a flat — is to re-conceptualize what is considered an ordinary interior and elevate it to an extraordinary level.``

What Is Successful Design?
For a house design to be successful, the objects within it must communicate with one another, respond to each other, and maintain a sense of balance.

``Beautiful details, bold use of color, balance and symmetry, spaces infused with quiet glamour and a touch of drama — that is the signature touch of Creative Tourism Industry design.``
