House in Tinjan

The interior design of the house in Tinjan is characterized by a high level of thoughtfulness and executional precision. Through a sophisticated palette of materials, ambient lighting, and integrated furnishings, a space of subtle luxury and quiet elegance has been created. The lavish walk-in wardrobe and the bedroom with three-dimensional wooden panels stand out in particular, adding depth and character to the space. Every element has been carefully selected to contribute to a harmonious whole and a sense of refined living.

The complete renovation of the house in Veliki Dol blends classic elegance with contemporary design. Dark accents, golden details, and natural materials create a sense of refined luxury. Open spaces are connected by soft lines and arches, with an emphasis on functionality and comfort. The project brings harmony between aesthetics and everyday living in an uncompromisingly designed interior.

A contemporary interpretation of an Istrian stone house through a comprehensive interior and exterior design project. The space is shaped by a carefully balanced relationship between old and new, emphasizing openness, natural materials, and a clearly defined spatial logic. The project creates a calm yet highly refined atmosphere where architectural heritage and contemporary design coexist in perfect harmony.

Villa in Rogoznica

We began the design of the villa in Rogoznica during the shell construction phase, guided by a clear vision – to create a contemporary, architecturally refined, and functionally flawless space that respects the Dalmatian context. The façade clad in Brač stone preserves authenticity and a strong connection to the local setting, while the interior and exterior introduce a modern, premium expression through carefully selected materials, precise detailing, and bespoke design solutions. The result is a harmonious blend of tradition and contemporary design, shaped with a focus on quality, durability, and a refined living atmosphere.

For a modern residential building project in Rovinj, we developed a comprehensive interior and exterior design concept, with the aim of creating attractive, functional, and aesthetically cohesive spaces. The visualizations showcase the exterior, a standard floor apartment, and a penthouse unit, with each space carefully designed in accordance with its purpose and the desired living experience.

Boutique hotel Morgan

Through the transformation of a large traditional Istrian stone house into a boutique hotel, we developed both the interior and exterior design, along with coordinating the reconstruction of the historic structure, to create an authentic and visually distinctive hospitality space. The result is a property that preserves the original character of the heritage building while introducing contemporary comfort, a refined atmosphere, and a complete, cohesive guest experience.
