For a newly built residential building with four apartments in Rovinj, we developed a design concept that blends contemporary elegance with a Mediterranean atmosphere.

The exterior of the building is defined by clean lines, neutral tones, and a strong emphasis on proportions. Special attention was given to the design of the rooftop terrace, which adds extra value to the penthouse apartment, with a focus on comfort and luxury in an open-air setting. Façade lighting further highlights the architectural contours of the building and creates an attractive evening ambiance.

The interior features a consistent minimalist approach with warm, light wood tones and sophisticated details in ceramic, glass, and metal. Veined stone is used as both a decorative and functional element in the kitchen and living room, while integrated LED lighting in the ceiling and wall lines creates a soft yet expressive atmosphere.

Specially designed features such as the floating staircase, decorative wall panels in the bedrooms, and carefully curated bathrooms elevate the overall impression of the space. Each apartment has its own distinctive character, while all share a sense of harmony and refinement — tailored for buyers who seek a high level of aesthetics and functionality.
